All raffle tickets and money need to go to April. She is in charge of collecting and collating all the tickets. She will then turn the money over to Donna and Bill. |

Forms and Money go to Dona or Bill Sparklin. Dona is the treasurer. Bill is on the communications team and will post the memberships on the website. |

OHRV Course |
Approximately 50 people attending (25 students, parents, instructors, volunteers) Bill has received the okay to open this event up to children ages 9 to 11 which he has done. Lots of the kids signed up are from down below. |

Merchandise |
Harlan has hats and t-shirts from Basket of Stitches. Discussed where the merchandise can be stored and how we would sell. Bill volunteered to house the items at his place. Members can sign items out to sell or give to businesses to sell. |

Future scheduled activities where we need volunteers to sell raffle tickets, memberships |
We identified at an earlier meeting all the already scheduled events where we would want to set up our tent and table. We need volunteers to attend these functions.
Bike Weekend – Bill will talk with Clay about us having a spot as Clay is in charge of that function.
Heather will email Bill the list of events and Bill will post on facebook seeking volunteers to attend these functions. |

Discussed “Mud Sluts” coming up to do an event at Northern Tire. This group rented from Bill recently and he will contact them to find out if they are interested in coming up, and when they would be available. We would need to determine Entry fees for ATVs Prizes for winners (perhaps a trophy and half of the entry fee money) Corporate sponsors Admission fee |

50/50 raffle to be held at each monthly meeting. Group knows this is really “pocket change” but has been used at other clubs such as the Ski-bees and has been successful. |

The group discussed other potential activities including a club picnic, poker run. Consensus from this group is that we really need a trail system developed before we can sponsor anything like this. We continue to look for additional members to volunteer to help us with fundraising activities. The group wants to maintain focus on soliciting sponsorships from area businesses, selling memberships and raffle tickets. |

Next Monthly Club meeting is Wednesday June 13th. This group will touch base after that meeting. Members are encouraged to email our group with updates on sales.
