Merchandise

Harlan has hats and t-shirts from Basket of Stitches.  Discussed where the merchandise can be stored and how we would sell.  For now, Bill volunteered to house the items at his place.  Members can sign items out to sell or give to businesses to sell.   Discussed with Craig potential of selling at some local businesses.

Will be done at each meeting.  Janice Knapp winner this week.

Additional fundraisers and events

The group discussed other potential activities including a club picnic, poker run.  Consensus from this group is that we really need a trail system developed before we can sponsor anything like this.   We continue to look for additional members to volunteer to help us with fundraising activities.  The group wants to maintain focus on soliciting sponsorships from area businesses, selling memberships and raffle tickets.

Bike Weekend

We can’t sell tickets at the Shrine.  We can sell Saturday night 6/23^rd at the Biker Bash at the CCC.

Auction

John Nugent has donated items for a potential auction.  Craig is going to see the items.  If the decision is made to do the auction, Craig will contact Jesse Carney to talk about a date.  We may want to get the Ski-bees cook shack and have a bbq.

Opportunity to sell tickets/ memberships

Bernie Gosselin gave the committee the business card for Daniel Gelinas who has Granite State Karting.  Go-Kart race being held in July in Loudon.  Daniel would like to set up a tent for our Club.  Looking for volunteers to go to sell tickets for this event.

Janice Knapp could potentially do some hours as she has family in the Loudon area.

Mike knows Daniel and will be contacting him to get more details.  Will bring details to the next meeting.

Trail maps

Harlan got the Ski-Bees map.   He will be getting in touch with the company doing the maps to have them do an ATV trail (future trails).
