Public Hearing Notification
Please be advised that there will be a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Colebrook Elementary School Cafeteria to act on the following topic:
An Ordinance or Regulation on the use of OHRV’s on Class V Highways, Bridges, sidewalks and portions thereof.
Pursuant to RSA 215-A:15, the Colebrook Board of Selectmen shall authorize the use of the following Town Roads, Bridges, Sidewalks or Portions thereof for OHRV operation:

All other provisions of RSA 215-A:15 shall remain in effect:
“Operators of OHRV’s using said roads, or portions thereof, shall keep to the extreme right and shall yield to all conventional motor vehicle traffic.”
This ordinance or regulation shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Selectmen pursuant to RSA 215-A:15.
